OD Subscription problem since 7th February. Anyone reads the tickets here?

Hi!

 

I'm very upset with your support. I paid a OD Subscription renew on February 7th and still my account show the product has expired.

 

I have submited a ticket and no one has answered and has resolved my problem. You have my money since 13 days ago and i can't see any downloads!!! If you have a ticket system to resolve our problems then someone should read them. Even, I saw another post in this forum with people having the same problem and they all have their problem fixed. My question is: When I have a problem Should I submit a ticket or submit a post in this forum? (should be submit a ticket but now I'm sure of nothing).

Did you try posting your ticket number in that thread?

You may have replied on someone else's thread, requesting help "I have this problem too" and no one noticed. Do you have the url of that thread?

Do you have a ticket number? If so post it now.

Your ticket number should be on the "autoreply" you received after submitting a request for help to Stardock Support. If you haven't found that email, look in the "spam" or "junk" folders in the email program associated with your account.

Don't submit more requests for help as they will only kick your request to the end of the queue.

Hi.

We didn't know there was an issue until you put in your ticket on Sunday.  It's now Wednesday and yoru problem is fixed.
