OD Subscription problem since 7th February. Anyone reads the tickets here?

I'm very upset with your support. I paid a OD Subscription renew on February 7th and still my account show the product has expired.
I have submited a ticket and no one has answered and has resolved my problem. You have my money since 13 days ago and i can't see any downloads!!! If you have a ticket system to resolve our problems then someone should read them. Even, I saw another post in this forum with people having the same problem and they all have their problem fixed. My question is: When I have a problem Should I submit a ticket or submit a post in this forum? (should be submit a ticket but now I'm sure of nothing).
