Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Bare in mind, I'm on W7 so I could be wrong...

I'd also recommend sending a request for help to support@stardock.com

You will get an autoreply with a ticket number. Save it. Don't write again until an actual person from Support answers, or your request will be kicked to the end of the queue.

I sent a request for help to Stardock 2 weeks ago.

No response yet.

I have tried to install it with all firewall & antivirus shut off.

No luck. :(

Please post your ticket number that you received in the auto email from support.

medab1 - Try looking in the email associated with your account. If you don't see it, look in that email's "junk" or "spam" folder.

I already tried everything suggested there.

Run as Administrator, etc. .

Are you listening StarDock? I am a paying customer.  :)

What are you using to customize  Windows?

There appears to be a non-standard checkbox above the installer and the red background is non-standard too.
