Screen rotation bug

Just recently purchased and installed Decor8 on my Surface Pro and discovered a nasty looking (but harmless) bug. Sure it will happen on any device with rotation support.

 

When rotating the screen to portrait the bottom half of the screen becomes corrupt (straight lines down) for a moment before fixing itself. No issues other than it looks ugly as all hell.

 

While I love Decor8. I may have to uninstall from my Surface if this can't be fixed. Really make a beautiful interface seem buggy and ugly.

NOTE: Only happens with images that are set in a way that would require a resize when rotated. One temp fix is to use an image with a flat background, set to center and set background to match. Less than ideal to say the least. Limits BG options a LOT.
