How Bring Up Explorer to Organize Program Icons?

Just installed Start8.  One feature I liked in Windows Start Buttons was I could right click on the Start Button and select OPEN.  Then easily organize my icons that are displayed by clicking on PROGRAMS.  What is the easiest way to access this now, I don't see any way from the start8 menu, and am having problems finding it browsing?

If you right click on the all programs button you should get a menu that lets you access your start menu folders from an explorer window.
