Hello,

more than one week ago I raised a ticket (SBO-705-30624) ... up to now, all I got is an automated reply. Is that a normal behaviour here at Stardock?

No, they are pretty fast, normally. One thing, though, if you send another message before they get back to you, you go back to the end of the line.
