Feature request: ability to set a zoom level on start screen tiles when using non-fullscreen menu options.

As the subject says, it would be nice to zoom out some and have smaller tiles when I'm using tall, small, large, wide options. I've no idea how the program renders the start screen and whether this is feasible. For all I know the program could be reporting a resolution 2/3 of the real resolution when making a call for the start screen to display.
