Bug report : Horizontal scrollbar

First of all I would like to congratulate the Start8 project team for their hard work to bring back start menu to windows8.

Most feature requests by other users have been done . And all feature requests I raised have been done.

This is a bug report concerning the horizontal scroll. I know it is minor but if it can be fixed why not fix it .

The start8 tweak is great I love it .

I suggest to put a link to Start8 tweak in the start menu Startdock folder.

Here the picture see what happened when i moved the horizontal scroll bar:
