[1.20] Shadow World spell

Just got said spell through a quest, but i can't use it. The pointer tells me it "can't be cast on <terrain>". The spell description says nothing about terrain restrictions, so.. a bug? Or how am i supposed to use this one?

You can cast on any "land" tile.  Which doesnt allow you to cast on special tiles like forests, deserts, etc.

I'll change it so it can be cast on forests, desert, etc.
