New start button picture?

I came across the following picture on another board. Does anyone have this start button for I can use it? Its from classic shell apparently. I would like that one instead of the white flag.

You can add your own custom image any time you want. Grab it from Classic Shell if you like it.

I tried to extract the classicshell exe using winrar. But, it is not working? That way I can grab the start icon I am wanting....
