1.20 - I don't see training Pioneers reduce population...

I am not sure if the new hit to population upon training pioners is suppossed to occur when you begin training, or when training ends....but if I  "train pioneer" (by double-clicking on pioneer under training) when I have, say, 100 population, afterwards the city's population still says 100...and it may grow to 110 or whatver by the time the pioneer is actually created - but again, the population stays at 100 (or wahtever) after the pioneer pops out...

Hm, i'll look at it more closely next time i play, but at least in my experience i can't constantly make pioneers, it says too few population after a while. My cities are also not growing to level 2 as long as i'm constantly building pioneers.

Just recognized/thought of the fact that I am playing a custom faction created pre-1.2....maybe/probably I need to look at "new" pioneers structure and see if something missing from the custom factions "coreunits" description for pioneers....?

I'm finding it best to just delete my previously created content and remake it with each version. I literally HATED one of the last patches because of something that changed with civilizations getting more food and material per tile. It totally nerfed my Kingdom and I didn't realize it until I read and compared the code.

That being said, now I'm playing better than before without that penalty!
