Activation issues (still unresolved)

Hi,

I submitted a ticket to your support on Monday about an issue with my reaching an activation limit (which is looking like its a common issue as of lately) and my concern is this:


why so little activations are allowed with each license? Also Why hasn't my issue been resolved yet? I reformat my PC a lot (OCD) and I tried to install this the other day on it again ( I cant stand windows 8 without this software) and I am restricted to trial mode till my activations are reset. 

I would love to use this software again (not in trial mode) and I was wondering why I haven't received any resolution yet? and how long does it take to fix this issue?

 

I have another question: I sell computers, and I am interested in buying like 50 licenses of this software, do you guys offer any sort of special deal for doing that? Like can I get a key that works for multiple PC's?

 

Please Help me ( I am a loyal customer)

Looking at the logs, you have more than a few.  I see 39 attempts since 10/28/2012.

Because there were other people with issues before you and we're doing our best but are only human.  :)

my understanding was that as long as it was my PC it was fine to activate ( I have many computers with windows 8) I reformat quite a bit and try and test things out a lot. I am looking to sell this to people so thanks for that link. Sorry for acting impatient ( I was just super anxious because I love this product so much, especially the new update) I convince people all the time that windows 8 is worth it if they use this software. I have changed quite a few peoples minds after showing them this application.
