Major activation bug in 1.10

I installed a fresh copy of Win8 after the windows updates I then installed Start8 1.10, the Unlock screen comes up I click on Unlock Previous etc.

 

It logs in and it completes says Registration Complete, Once I click OK on the Registrations complete window it then brings me back to the Trial, Purchase, Unlock Previous window again.

Start8 will Not Activate, Im using Start8 currently in Trial mode  :(

 

This really sucks  :(

Well I think I figuired it out, Its not a bug.

 

I re-install my windows ALOT and the past 6 weeks I've installed Win8/Server2012 about 20 times, I do this for new video drivers and or if a bad driver is installed. I know I have OCD lol

 

So I reinstalled windows again, my retail server 2012 standard copy, I tried activating again same thing happened.

 

So I bought another copy with a different email but used my same name etc.

 

Bingo !, It activated fine  :)

I'm having the same problem :(, tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling.  Odd thing is that there were two entries in programs, 1.06 and 1.10.  Submitted a ticket (#LOX-353-65254).

Well I emailed support 2 weeks ago and havent heard back from them yet, Is there a way to get my garikfox@cox.net account activating Start8 again ?

Thanks, When I re-install windows again I'll use that account to try activating again, I bought another Start8 on a different account so I used the new account with this last Start8 activation.

 

I got the e-mail to from you guys and saved it, Thanks
