Windows 7 start menu positioning

Is there any way to get the start menu in Windows 7 to position itself at its icon in Objectdock?

(As opposed to the default position in the left lower corner.)

yes, this is possible. there are several little tools that allow that. one of them can be found here:

but most likely there will be visual glitches (at least there were some for me with default Aero)
