How to remove the lock screen?

How do I remove this from bootup and when my computer goes to sleep using start8?

This is a power setting in control panel rather than a Start8 setting.

 

Navigate to the below control panel section and the setting is at the top left of the power options.

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options > Require a password on wakeup
