Object Desktop crashes when I try to register

Had to re-install the OS and now Stardock requires re-registration.

However, the Activation module crashes upon entering the registration code and pressing submit.

This happens for all products on a fresh Win 8, 64 bit install

In Start 8, I am getting an error message saying Product Activation could not write the activation signature.

Please email support if you have not already so we can look at logs.

In the meantime, verify that you don't have any security apps blocking internet access.
