Lock Screen background doesn't change

I have two licenses - one for my Win8 Pro desktop and one for my Win8 Pro laptop. The program works great on the desktop but on the laptop there are problems. The color customization doesn't work and more importantly I can't change the lock screen background. I thought it might have to do with the fact that I originally had two user accounts on this laptop after reading another thread with this same problem. I removed the other user account, uninstalled Decor8, re-started my laptop and re-installed Decor8. First thing I noticed is that it seemed to "remember" all of my previous settings including not needing to enter any registration information. Sure enough - it made no difference - still can't change the lock screen... or rather I "can" but it doesn't stick. Soon as I "lock" the laptop, that space needle background is back... grr... Seems like first off I need a clean install and can't figure out how to do that. It's frustrating because it works flawlessly on my desktop (which came with Win8) but not on the laptop that I upgraded to Win8. Any ideas? I'm a little disappointed that I've purchased two licenses but can't get it to work properly on one of my computers :/

I'm finding the wallpaper option for the Lock screen doesn't work properly. I can set it and it previews fine but when I actually sign out of my profile then the default wallpaper shows (the one with the lighthouse). It's like Windows 8 keeps resetting it to the default one even though I've never used its Lock screen wallpaper option.

This is a known bug in Windows 8 if you have multiple accounts regardless of how you set the lock screen background.  Unfortunately this is something Microsoft have to fix.
