I just purchased but....

I just purchased but still haven't received anything other than confirmation that I paid. That was about 30 min ago.

 

How long does it usually take to get my download link and code? I'm wondering if I should cancel the transaction.

 

I'm accustomed to getting it right away when I purchase software.

I guess it's a bad sign to see "No registrations found" ?

 

I'm starting to regret this purchase. I hope it's just a glitch or by the morning I'll have to ask for a refund.

Hang in there, arabia1.  Zubaz will get you squared away.  The 'glitches' are rare but they occur.  And always get fixed.

The suite of apps is well worth both the money and the (hopefully short) wait.  IMO, of course.  Hope you feel that way, too, once all is said and done.

I sent an email to sales@startdock.com asking for a refund. Things are far too sloppy around here and I'm not nearly patient enough for this.

 

If any of you support guys can help get me my refund I'll be grateful.

I know I may sound like jerk but I really don't like dealing with people that take my money and don't give

what they promised right away. That's usually a bad sign and sign of worse things to come.

That really gets under my skin and it should never happen and the fact that its happened before is not

a good sign either.

Stardock is closed for the holidays.

Stardock's offices will be closed in observance of the holiday season. 

They will be closed after today (Friday, December 21st, 2012) through Monday, January 1st, 2013.

The Customer Support Team will be popping in  during the vacation to get through as many tickets as they can.  They ask for your patience in waiting for a response.

 Support will be back in the office on Wednesday, January 2nd, 2013 to begin answering the tickets waiting for them.

 

Support is trying to make things right for you even though officially, Stardock is closed.,

Respectfully, you have no right to do business when you're closed do you? If you're not able to do business properly because you're on holidays then you shouldn't be taking people's money.

 

So come to think of it. I may be a jerk but what are you?

 

Look at it from my point of view. I PAYED YOU AND HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING MY MONEY.

 

Don't take my money if you're on holidays. Simple right?

 

Let me "mention" something else.

That holiday disclaimer message should be posted where you can see it before you buy NOT where you'll see it when you don't get what you paid for.

 

Refund PLEASE and thank you.

The problem should be resolved now. For what it's worth,the problem was due to the first and last name you used. Is that really your name? ;)

If you still want a refund, we'll deal with it on tthe return from holiday.
