Rebellion key is invalid or expired

My brother bought me and my son rebellion for Christmas. Unfortunately the serial number we were given are not working. Says the key is invalid or expired. Is any one else having this problem? Any ideas how to fix it. ...Aster

Then yeah, that's obviously an issue. I'd try registering it in Steam one more time, doing the usually double check for Os and 0s and things, just to make sure it's not a server error, but if that fails, email support@stardock.com to figure out what's going on.
