I can't get Multiplicity to work with Win7 and Win8

I have Windows 7 and Windows 8 I would like to use together.

I can't get it to work.  I have two monitors.  Is that the problem?

what would I do, turn one off?  I like having both.

Thanks

Have you setup multiplicity on both machines and set one to be the primary and the other to be the secondary?

Then on the primary you add the secondary as a computer and it should be positioned on the grid, typically to the right of the primary machine.  Then you can switch to it by moving off the right hand side of your primary computer.

I thought I had it set up right.  I could see the grid and the computer icons.  Do you move your mouse over to the right of the my primary computer?

Thanks

What are you expecting to happen?

Is the secondary icon on the grid lit up?  When you move the mouse off the geid and to the edge of the screen...and then further as if you were pushing to the secondary, what happens?
