Email/Password Not Recognized When Activating

Yesterday I purchased Fences 2.0 via PayPal.  My PayPal email address is the same as my email address for Stardock.

 

After purchasing Fences 2.0 I tried to activate the product and was told that the email / password was a bad combination.  I tried to activate offline with no success.  Finally, I created the *.txt file and tried to upload it and got a "page not found" error.

 

At this point I'm at a loss.  I created a ticket yesterday (JBZ-730-56998) and have not heard a response.  That may be my fault in that I submitted the ticket for a sales issue and not a support issue. 

 

Anyway, I'm running the trial now and would just like to get my Fences 2.0 activated.

Same story as OP. Only Windowblinds. Only the first three activation methods didn't work. Did it, finally, through Stardock website. Only the local copy of the software doesn't register as, well, being registered. hehe

I'm at the store now. I have a serial number but it won't work where it say enter code. Dunce cap on....where do I enter the serial number?

Did that. Put my email there and hit renew.....back to the store. I must not be seeing it. X(
