Account Picture not updated

Dear Start8 Team

First of all I would like to congratulate you for this great project you have made

I noticed some behavior which considered minor but it will drive your project towards perfection which is more than we can expect

1- I noticed that when I changed the user account picture and open the Start8 I noticed it will show the old user account picture . and the new picture wont show until I restart windows explorer.

2- No tool tips in the start button and in all programs to tell the user to click to see all programs .

Hopefully in the next version it will be solved

I forget to thank you for the custom folder places and pinning folder in the start menu and see a jump list of it's contest . That was great
