"Run" command does not work anymore

hi!

i have start 1.03a installed under win8 x64 german.

since this version, it is not possible for me to access the "Run" menu.

i've tried the following:

- press WIN+R

or

- clicked "Run" from start8 menu

my system simply does nothing!

then i uninstalled start8, rebooted and WIN+R works as expected.

i deleted every (as fa as i know) start8 registry entries.

installed 1.03 (even tried 1.10 beta) and WIN+R is deactivated again.

can you please take a look at this issue?
