need help

Hello I can't seem to be able to do what should be a simple thing. I can't re-download object desktop because I can't get a link to download it. All I get is the that they want me to subscribe. But I have already subscribed under another email address but when I go to that address it shows my downloads but it won't give me registration numbers or a link to redownload these applications. I have changed my email address and merged them into my new email account but nothing works. I have tried irc and I can't even get that to work I am really about ready to hit the roof this has been going on for more than a week and I can't get any support from anyone.

Sounds like your subscription may have expired?

 

Also, I don't think you can merge your accts. You need support to do it for you.

Also, if you get on IRC, you may need to wait a bit for a response. Some people, I have been one of them, go to IRC, ask a question, and leave if they don't get an immediate answer.
