How do people browse this site??

It takes me 2 and a half hours to go over the areas I like to browse (like 10 in all not including the message board and WinCust news whcih would make it 12)

How long does it take you?? I have a 56k modem (of which I thought ment 56kilobytes per second but apparently it means 4kb at best a second)

And if it take you a long time to browse all the sections then what do you think you need to get at the stuff you think you might want???

I spend not more than 10/20 mins browseing through what I find interesting. Not that I don't find alot of interesting stuff, but I got ADSL 512 (54kbps)

ADSL at 3Megabits/sec throughput (or approx download speed of 375 Kilobytes/sec) It takes me about 10 minutes to browse through everything I like. Takes me about 2.5 seconds to download a 1Megabyte file. Most skins download in a split second. I'm in and out in a flash.

/me hates Snowy and motion.

*mumbing* stuck with a friggin 56k and rarely downloads skins anymore.. not enough time to upload skins hardly anymore and they get theirs in just a few seconds. ......blah... blah blah... blah .... blah...

actually, I usually don't even have time to do much more than look at the topics on the message board and maybe check out the WB section.

I am with Motion, DSL here too. I dread the day something happens, and I am forced to move "out-of-the-city" and having to ever resort to dial-up again. Even with DSL, I spend alot of time at the site, I like to look at everything, read almost all the "newer threads", and compare skins, wallpapers, etc. Yes, D/L's are over in a flash, leaves me more time to browse. I have found the skinbrowser is something better off saved for the day, heaven-for-bid, I have to return to dial-up, although I felt pretty good supporting this great site with all it's personable "characters" and the "art."
