Feature Request - implement physical menu button

My tablet computer (Asus EP121 Slate) has a physical button that brings up the normal Windows 8 Start page (works the same as pressing Winkey twice). Ideally, the button would bring up the Start8 menu instead of the Windows 8 start page (FYI, Classic Start Menu does exactly this.)

I believe that a feature you will need to get with ASUS about, the ability to custom that hardware button
