Swiping displays hidden fences

When I swipe my Desktop to a screen that displays some folders created with Fences, all the hidden fences pop up on all the Desktop screens. Is there a setting to prevent this from happening or is it a bug? Whatever the case, it's pretty annoying.

This is a feature so that you know that you are on a page with hidden fences or icons.

You can set Fences to auto-hide things when the desktop does not have focus.
