No Phase Lines Bug

Haven't played Rebellion since before the last patch. Went to fire it up today, started a game with the new maps and I can't see any of the phase lines. I see unknown planets one jump away as usual but no lines. Ships can jump and explore no problem but it's bloody hard to play when I can't see where to fly. It's like driving when you can't see road signs.

Tried turning off all my mods, still happpenned. Checked all video drivers, still happenned. restarted computer, still happenned. Whats going on? Did I miss something in the last patch?

I checked them, I can't see any option anywhere for "Show Phase Lines" or not. THey show up with the grav wel grid if I press alt but other than that, zip.
