No Support?

Hi,

13 days ago I placed a support ticket with Stardock with regards to NOT being able to play games I bought from you, but not being able to play since you sold your Impulse platform to GameStop.

I have received NO reply at all from you, this is appalling support, I have tried to contact you on twitter, but again, you ignore me.

What is going on here?

Unhappy paying customer.

udoh, have you looked in your email's 'spam' or junk folders?

The mistake people generally make is that after they contact Support, they email again before having heard from an actual Support person. This sends their first request to the end of the Support queue.

I would suggest waiting 48-72 hrs. That means do nothing: Just wait to hear (and check the email associated with your account) as well as the 'spam'/junk folders in that email account.
