Process: ClassicStartMenu.exe

This is a wonderful little program for those of us that hate the start menus after XP. This is a shell that sits over the default menus and brings back the look and feel of the menus before Vista. It has many many customizing options and has not caused any conflicts with other software that I know of. It is free with the programmer only asking for donations.
