Update bug - phantom entries left in Programs and Features list

When you update, the entry for the previous version remains in the Programs and Features list, so I now have lots of them. It takes a registry change to fix it, which is inconvenient.

While the 1.0 and 1.01 and possibly 1.02 will show on their own, future updates should overwrite each other in the list.
