Trinity - Install failure

install failure

Hi, Just purchased and downloaded Trinity. Autoinstall (setup file name: Sins of a Solar Empire - Trinity 1.34.exe) failed with a "File is corrupt". Manual try gave same message "File is corrupt". Any help here? Thanks

You may retry using SDC or from the site using a download manager in case the file was damaged in transit, but otherwise please contact support@stardock.com.

Thank you for the response. What is SDC? I have tried the Download manager with the same results. I have emailed support with no reply. I would be willing to pay a bit extra to have a CD shipped but that is not an option.

I got the same message as the rest of you.  Downloaded it from the manager, and when trying to install, the "File is corrupt".  Its nice to know it isn't only me, but Stardock needs to address this problem..  I had it for 3 weeks and tried re-downloading it many times and the Tech Support only knows or assumes that we are all stupid and haven't tried to download or reinstall to fix it...

Let me know if you come across a fix...

*** I think I found a fix *** I went to Stardock's website, logged in, and went the downloads site and downloaded the file directly and it was not corrupt...

Cheers,
