Original Seattle Lock Screen returns after "Sign Out" with Start8 1.03 and Decor8 1.00 and Fences 2.01

Hi,

 I just updated my computer with both Decor8 1.00 and Start8 1.03.  I am running Windows 8 Pro (everything is updated).

Upon a restart, the Lock screen is correct (I selected the piano background applied with Decor8 in before the restart).  I then login, wait for everything to startup, including Fences 2.01 and Start8 1.03.  Everything is the latest releases.

Then, sign out, and my Lock Screen is back to the original Seattle background.

Just thought I'd let you know.  I am also connected to a domain, so that may have something to do with it.

This is a bug in Windows itself when you have multiple accounts / or are on a domain.

Hopefully Microsoft will fix it in SP1.

But it is possible to force change Pre-Login Lock Screen. Simple, remove background files from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\SystemData\S-1-5-18 and replace with your files. File names must be exactly as original (in my case LockScreen___1920_1080_notdimmed.jpg and LockScreen___1920_1080.jpg). For now, it's only way to change Pre-Login Lock Screen Background. But it's work! ;)
