Bug:Multi-Monitor Start menu and JumpLists

When using the multi-taskbar option in 1.03 (show a start button on secondary taskbars)  opening any jump list immediately results in the start menu moving into the other corner of the screen as pictured below.  My primary monitor is on the right hand side. My secondary monitor is on the left hand side. Orientation doesn't seem to have anything to do with this though, as it still "bugs out" even if I tell windows that the secondary monitor is to the right.
