When to use SDSupportTool.exe

Aaron sent me a link to SDSupportTool.exe to run so it will collect info on my system.  Should I run it now or the next time Explorer crashes.  I just reinstalled Fences on a previous image of my system so Explorer has not crashed yet.

I would wait. They no doubt need info about the event, which in this case, hasn't happened yet.

If this is incorrect, I'm sure ZubaZ will set me straight. ;)

I dont want the results everytime whatever happens, happened. If we sent it to you to run because of a oroblem, run it now and send it back.

See, I told you so. ;)

I didn't think he needed to run it each occurrence, but I did assume the event needed to happen at least once. Carry on.

Control panel crashed after reboot so I ran the diag program and sent it back to Aaron.  Hopefully there will be some good info in it to help resolve the issue.
