[1.02] Fear only lasts 1 turn

The "Fear" triggered by certain high-end monsters such as Dragons doesn't work right.

It says it should prevent the affected units from acting for 3 rounds. It only prevents them from acting in their first turn. The debuff "Afraid" won't fade until 3 turns have past, so you'll often see units moving about even though they are "Afraid".

I can confirm this. Happend this way in 1.0, 1.01 and still in 1.02.

(Must say I am glad this bug exists - would probably be MUCH harder to defeat those high-end creatures. Maybe it should be harder!?)

Yeah, it's still happening. There is something wrong with it, but as said above, if it worked fine, could be a hard moment. 3 free turns for a dragon?

I like giving suggestions, so here I got some for the spell, when not resisting it:

- Lose 1 turn, and next 2 turns with an accuracy penalty

- Lose 1 turn, and next (2) turns roll dices again but with a increased spell resistance (+10/turn?), or with decreased % of succes. Like the maul mechanics.

- You lose control of unit for (1-3) turns: The unit moves straight line in a random direction all of his Movement Points.
