Order Status?

New customer here,

After reading a few posts regarding orders taking excessive time to process, I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask about mine.  While I can't claim to understand everything about digital purchases, I figured I should have had at least some sort of confirmation e-mail by now.  

Could someone please check into my recent order of Object Desktop to see if there's a holdup somewhere. If action is still needed on my part, please direct me in regards to what I need to do.  Thank you.

You should be all set now.

I hate it when a fellow Michigander gets caught up in teh manual process queue.  It doesn't happen often and we try to take care of it as soon as possible.

You can access your registrations and download links by logging in with your Stardock account at  https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products or installing through Stardock Central (currently in beta but available at https://www.stardock.com/products/stardockcentral/ ).

Guess we are in the same boat.. lost our resent order to on Start 8. Not sure where to fine ours inform.  Still looking and sending in e-mail every few days and been trying for a week now or more.. all we have is a print out in progress some where?  Maybe now in the right fourm and our trial ran out on waiting?

I too am having the same problem for the map pack for fallen enchartress, ticket number WWV-486-10047

Ordered product and  opened a support ticket over 3 days ago which remains unalicated .Have had no email conformation or download option on my a/c. on the final page of the order transaction stardock confirmed payment had been made but where the order number and address detals should appear it is blank.
