[Bug 1.02] Unit & Army Images Missing in HUD and Train window

This is the same bug reported just after launch here.  To date, no responses or fixes (not even a "sorry, we can't fix that").  This was not an issue during the beta.

The issue is the same, see the Dropbox link.  Any feedback would be welcome.

 

EDIT: Just spun up 1.02, and the bug is still there...but the game loaded WAY faster!  Good job on performance fix.

 Yes, I started a new game in both 1.01 and 1.02.

Now, if only this other bug could be squashed...

I really hope someone helps with this, because though the game is hardly unplayable because of this issue it is very annoying especially when in a tactical battle and you can't tell what person is coming up next with a glance or on the main map when you can't see who is in an army without scrolling over the army units individually.
