[Not really a Bug 1.01] Shieldwall and Leadership do not increase values for army

.. they seem to only affect the hero that has them anymore.

edit: after playing a few more turns.. well.. maybe its a bug with the display, it shows up correctly sometimes, or not at all sometimes. I'm confused.

edit2: I think it might have just been the army being stationed in a city. That reminds me of a features request i did waaaay back to be able to make groups that don't disband when moving into a city or alternatively not automatically stationing units. Oh well.
