Feature request: Drag n drop entries outside the start menu

In the Windows 7 Start Menu, you can drag entries outside of the start menu.

For example: dragging a program shortcut to the desktop results in a "Create link in Desktop" option.

Can this feature be added to Start8?

A right-click "Send to desktop" should be in the next release.
