Free SkinStudio 7.4 installation help

I'm a current license owner of windows Blinds 7 and Iconpackager, I wanted to tweak a few beautiful skins (fonts are black and need them white) So I dowloaded the Free SkinStudio 7.4 a link was given to me by stardock via email. I installed it with the default install options. After installation when I try to open the program this is the error message I'm getting:

"This release of SkinStudio 7 has detected an installation error. Please check that the SkinStudio7 folder is in your skins folder. If you moved your WindowsBlinds skins folder then you will need to relocate this folder too"

What the heck does all that mean and how to fix this please?
