Upgrading to OD after purchasing Fences
"We're Sorry, But We Could Not Locate Your Registration In Our Customer Database."
Hello! I just bought Fences, thinking that later I'll just upgrade to Object Desktop if I really want to... Well, apparently 30 minutes later was long enough, and I decided to make the upgrade. However, when I press the upgrade button on this page and type in the same name and email that I bought it with, it says "We're Sorry, But We Could Not Locate Your Registration In Our Customer Database." After I tried that a few times, I went to the Lookup Registrations page, and the email I received didn't list Fences.
Am I only having trouble because the site hasn't fully processed my purchase (even though I've already activated Fences), or does Fences no longer count toward the upgrade? I'd really like to buy OD, but I'm definitely not going to pay the $49.95 PLUS the 9.99 I just spent.
