It looks like you're making good another unfilled need in the Win8 world. Looking good.
May I ask what you anticipate the scope of the program to be? For instance it would be really cool if this became an all-encompassing Start Screen customization tool that includes custom tiles as well as arranging all the surrounding stuff. Or would you plan to break that functionality into a new program or simply not address it (I do hope you do)?
