Activation issue

Hi there,

Windowblinds won't activate!

I acquired ODa week ago, and I am not getting any useful help on the support website. What gives?

Here's the thing:

I installed WB and activated it. Then I discovered it had installed in the wrong place (the program files folder), instead of the Programme folder (I am using a german copy of windows since living in Germany). I unstalled, installed in the correct place, but now it won't activate, but says I appear to be using a network serial. ???

I'd be happy to provide useful other information, but I really don't have any. I am using XP SP3, everything working, and I am not behind a firewall
Anyway, somebody knows how to fix this?

Did you apply a skin while it was located in the Program Files folder?  Did it otherwise work while installed there?  Did you switch back to the default XP skin and unload WB before uninstalling & reinstalling?  To get the ball rolling.

I can't really remember in what sequence I installed the program. I did not expect any trouble.

Of course when it did not want to activate I uninstalled completely and reinstalled, but that didn't make any difference.

At the moment it is still installed, and it says it appears to be installed correctly. Just not activated.

Any help would be usefull.
