WindowsFX 5.0 vs NVidia

WindowsFX 5.0 does not seem to work with my NVidia GT440

Hello All,

 

I have some problem.. I have just tried WindowsFX 5.0 - the latest version available for not registered users. Well, I am really impressed, because I thought this is not possible   ^_^

You guys made a very good software, so I decided to buy it to support you. But I also decided to try it before I buy - I downloaded a 'cracked' version from the web  :blush:  I know that these versions might be infected by viruses, and not the same what you created, but I have to tell you, that none of those effects worked for me which are available in the full version - only those which are in the free unregistered version. Can you please confirm me if I will buy this software, it works in my computer? I have an NVidia GT 440 video card with the latest 306.97 driver.

But . . . if you purchase it, and it doesn't work, and you go through support to try to fix the problem and they can't . . a refund would be possible.

Otherwise, cheaters never win; stop using a cracked version.

I have an nVidia GTS 450 FPB card in my rig and WindowsFX5 works great.   :grin:    5* 5*

 

And ditto what Zubaz said about cracked software.   :annoyed:

If only the effects in the free version worked then perhaps the crack wasn't very good.

Thank you very much for your answers. I will buy it soon - I just want to make sure. Though, the price is low enough that I can afford it. I know that using cracked softwares and games are stealing, but - unfortunately - I do not have enough money to support all developers - I have to choose what I buy (mainly softwares made by smaller companies). Nevertheless, I will buy it soon and let you know if I still have problems.

(P.S.: when the program wants to activate itself, and could not reach the web, it should write something like 'No internet connection found, please check your settings'. Because it says now that the username/password is not match, or the account does not exist.)

2 Graphic cards and 3 screens....

I just got Window FX5.

 Got window 7 and 3 monitors

One main monitor 42 " and 2 side monitors 27"

I got 2 graphic cards: GeForce GTX 280 and GeForce GTX 480

GTX 280 run the 2 27" monitors and GTX480 runs the 42" monitor.

Solution 1080p,1824 x1014

Window FX 5 works perfect when I do NOTHING on the the third monitor (screen).

But very soon if i use the third monitor (screen) a clean long winddow pops up on the main screen and soon after all 3 screens get dotted with big black squares, all open windows get extremely slow and all i can do is restart.

I like to ask in WindowFX5 is tested with 3 monitors (screns) and if there is anything i can do to avoid this issue...
