Trying to "Pin" an item from "Recent" list messes up the "Recent" list

1. Click "Start"

2. Find application with "Recent" or "Frequent" list filled with some items (i.e. Word, Excel, File Exlplorer)

3. Click "Pin" icon to move the item to "Pinned" list

Current:

4. Clicked item moves to "Pinned" list, but "Recent" items list gets randomly messed (random items dissapear, sometimes all)

Expected:

5. Clicked item moves to "Pinned" list, but "Recent" items remains as is (only the clicked item is removed)

Workaround: 

1. Pin the application to Taskbar temporarily

2. Right-click the application on Taskbar and create "Pinned" list

3. Unpin the application, the "Pinned" list remains in the Start menu
