Hangs while loading

I installed Fences on a windows 8 Pro OS-64x that also has Start8 installed.

 It seems to work OK once the PC gets going,,, but Man O" Man,,, it takes forever for Fences to finally load & show up on the desktop at boot-up.

Once the desktop & Taskbar has finished loading it takes approx. another 40 to 60 seconds for the Fences to finally show up on the desktop.

This wait is "WAY" too long.

I have checked the auto start items & there is nothing in there that is holding it back, in fact I have tested by disabling all the non M/Soft start-up items & it still does exactly the same thing.

This is an i7 system with 8GB ram on a Brand new 1TB WD HDD.
