Cant complete Plaguelands Quest (Clear all tiles)

Im stuck on this so-called quest area. It requires me to "Clear the Scarred Tiles to heal this diseased land"

I have killed everything here, and looted everything visible, but haven't been able to complete this. Any one know how to finish this?
