Super weapon limit?

What determines how many super weapons we can use? Seems to vary... hit the limit with 1 Kostura atm.

With the most recent patch of Rebellion, it depends on the number of planets you have (TEC Loyalists also have a research subject that determines this). Right now it's 1 super weapon for every 4 planets you have. Once you have 8 planets, you can build 2, and so on.
