Unusable in 256-color mode

I met a bug in AMD Catalyst driver, as i pressed Ctrl+Shift+F11 hotkey in Delphi IDE screen suddenly turned 640x480x8-bit

Worst of all was that CFX cursor turned into blacksquare complitely hiding everything behind it. 

I think that Windows turned off alpha-blending (Layered Windows in Microsoft argo) as it came from TrueColor/HiColor to indexed palette mode.

It makes sense.

But CFX should also not this and immediately cease it's transparent windows attempt and return to stock Windows cursor.

As it cam - it almost made computer unusable and recovering the optimal display mode was much harder (especially if u note that Ctrl+Shift+C hotkey i have for development IDE and so CFX does not answer to it)
