[BUG]Kingdom Arise screen does not show

I understand that the first time my Sovereign settle a city, a "Kingdom Arise" screen should show up. It never happen to me. The text and sound were running, but the graphic was not showing (see screenshot). This also happen when I enter Wildlands. But intro video, diplo screen, kingdom overview and winning screen (at least, Spell of Making win) are okay.

I use i3-2310M, 2GB RAM and NVidia GeForce GT 520M if that help.
